Update: It’s Christmas Parade Weekend

It's the most wonderful time of the year, time to deck the halls. Anderson, Belton and Honea Path, Iva, Pendleton and Piedmont have already held tree-lighting events, and more county and civic celebrations of the holidays are set, with Christmas parades, tree lightings and other events in the days ahead.

Here's the schedule of key holiday events for 2025: 

Western Carolina Sailing Club Holiday of Boats, Friday and Saturday, 6:30 p.m

Anderson Christmas Lights, open now-Christmas Eve

Pendleton Christkindlmarkt, Village Green, Fridays and Saturday, through Dec. 14 4:30-8:30 p.m.

The Anderson County Farmers Market "Holiday Market" is a rain or shine event. 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturdays-December 23.

Honea Path Christmas Parade, Saturday, 11 a.m.

Piedmont Parade – Saturday, 11 a.m.

Belton Christmas Parade, Saturday, 3 p.m.

Pelzer/West Pelzer Parade, Saturday, 5:30 p.m.

Anderson Christmas Parde, Saturday, 3 p.m.

Pendleton Parade, Sunday, 4 p.m.

Iva Holiday Open House, Dec. 12
