Pendleton Scarecrow Contest Kicks Off Fall Celebrations

Pendleton’s 13th Annual Scarecrow Contest is featuring characters from mythology and folklore , with a few fun exceptions.

The winners will be announced at the Pendleton Fall Harvest Festival Oct. 26.
