Honea Path Dancing Ghost FolkFest Brings Crowds Downtown

Greg Wilson/Anderson Observer

Honea Path’s inaugural Dancing Ghost FolkFest brought more than 3,000 to downtown on Saturday for music, art, food and of course, dancing goats.

The festival, featured in an earlier Observer story, brought artists from several states to exhibit and sell their work, while musicians filled the main stage and Fiddle & Bow throughout the day.

Honea Path Mayor Jimmy Smith was among a panel of judges for the goat beauty contest.
