Greater Anderson County Fair Opens Tomorrow

Greg Wilson/Anderson Observer

The pigs are off to the races as the return of the annual Greater Anderson County Fair, which opens tomorrow at the Anderson County Sports and Entertainment Center.

Free shows include not only racing pigs, but a magic show, Rock-N Circus, a dog show and an Exotic Petting Zoo. The fair will also feature rides including the new Cyclops 2.0.

Admission tickets are $10, or free for children under 10. Tickets for rides, the number of which varies by the ride, are $1.25.

No one under the age of 17 will be admitted unaccompanied by an adult, and a clear bag policy is in effect this year.

For more information, visit the fair’s website.
