Free Clinic Walk with the Docs Celebrates 36 Years

More than 400 men, women and children put on their sneakers Saturday morning for the 36th Annual Anderson Free Clinic Walk with the Docs.
The downtown walk is the largest fund-raising event of the year for the Free Clinic, which provides medical, dental, vision, mental health and pharmacy services to the uninsured whose income does not exceed 200 percent of the Federal Poverty guidelines and have no insurance.
Last week, the Free Clinic held their Walk with the Docs Honea Path, for the satellite facility in that town.
