Crowds Brave the Heat for 4th Annual Rhythm on the River

Greg Wilson/Anderson Observer

The 4th Annual Rhythm on the River festival at Dolly Cooper Park shared a day with the Saluda River Rally and organizers deemed the full day or events a success.

The festival, the largest of its kind in Powdersville, featured a full football field full of events for kids, craft vendors, food trucks and live music.

Despite the heat and humidity, a sizeable crowd was on hand for at least of of the day’s events as concerts lasted into the evening hours.
